Awards
Former manager and friend of the park Peter was the key behind
the park acquiring our prestigious Gold Award, 3 years ago
we were proud to receive our own award for continuing the scheme.
We maintain his keen interest in gardening & wildlife,
and have added several new features to the nature garden.
You can
also find, hidden around the park, a bat box, lady bird house,
hedghog box, bee houses and lapwing log besides numerous
bird
feeders.

We appreciate how important cleanliness
is within the facilities provided for the discerning holidaymaker.
We are very proud to have received the Loo of the year top
award for our toilet/shower block and an overall E.T.C excellent
award for all sections of our holiday park. Including the
coveted Rose Award for our self-catering holiday homes.
This will be our 8th year of Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation
showing our sustained commitment to the environment.
Amongst our efforts we recycle paper, tin and glass, and
offer a nature area for all to enjoy. We have been chosen
as I of only 10 parks in the Southwest to receive a grant
from the Centre for Sustainable Energy towards our recently
installed Solar panels which supplement the hot water
in the shower block. The AA has awarded us 4 pennants
and we are affiliated to the British Holiday Homes Park
Association.
However, no award surpasses customer appreciation and we feel very honoured to have such a large number of returning clientele. |
