All of our holiday homes are fully serviced
with shower/lavatory, fridge, cooker, colour TV, video,
mini hifi
and microwave ovens. Gas electricity and bed linen
are included in the prices. The only things you need
to
bring are towels and tea towels.
All holiday homes have the added
advantage of central heating during the cooler months. We
regularly update our hire fleet holiday homes.

Terms
All vacancies are offered at the time of posting. No booking exists until you have our written confirmation.

Balance payable 4 weeks prior to
your arrival. If the balance is not received
we will assume the Holiday Home is no longer required
and it will be offered for re-let. If the accommodation
is not re-let by the commencement of the reserved dates
the full balance will still be due. |

No arrival before 4.00pm. Please
inform us if you will be arriving after 7.00 pm. |
|
Departure no later than 10.00am.
Holiday Homes to be left clean and tidy please. |

No single sex parties of young people.

Dogs - A charge of £30
per week for 1st dog & £15 per week for additional
dog. Dogs must not be left unattended,
they must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised
off-site. Please bring your dog's own bedding and under
no circumstances allow it onto any furniture - a dog
walk
is provided in an adjoining field. If dogs are to continue
to be allowed these rules must be complied with. Pets
are not allowed in Sandhurst or Millstream Holiday

Bed linen is provided.
However bed linen for guests will be charged at £8
per person - by prior arrangement only. |

One car per holiday home
- extra cars cost £1 per night. |
