Holiday Homes



All of our holiday homes are fully serviced with shower/lavatory, fridge, cooker, colour TV, video or DVD, mini hifi and microwave ovens.  Gas electricity and bed linen are included in the prices. The only things you need to bring are towels and tea towels.

All holiday homes have the added advantage of central heating during the cooler months. We regularly update our hire fleet holiday homes.

Terms and Conditions Holiday Homes

  • All vacancies are offered at the time of posting.  No booking is confirmed unless you have had our written confirmation
  • A reservation constitutes a legal contract. Once the Management has issued a Confirmation of Booking, you are responsible for the total cost of the accommodation. Under NO circumstances can the deposit be returned. If you cancel your booking you must immediately notify us in writing where we will endeavour to re-let your accommodation for you. If this is not possible the named hirer is responsible for the total holiday cost. To avoid risks we strongly advise hirers to obtain Cancellation Insurance. We can provide information if required.
  • Use of your holiday home: Only those people listed on the booking form can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities on this site. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave, with no refunds made.  If you intend having day visitors, they must park in the council car park at the entrance to the park and check in at reception upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge visitors for the use of facilities.
  • A deposit of £75 per week is required to make a reservation and should be included with booking form.  The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival.  If the balance is not received we will assume the Holiday Home is no longer required and it will be offered for re-let.  If the accommodation is not re-let by the commencement of the reserved dates the full balance will still be due.
  • In order to maintain our high standard of cleanliness your caravan will not be available for occupation until 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7pm. No arrivals after 8pm.
  • A deposit of £50.00 is payable on arrival against cleaning or damage to the accommodation reserved. On informing the reception you are ready to depart a member of staff will call and inspect your accommodation. If satisfactory your deposit will gladly be refunded on the day of your departure. Hirers leaving earlier will have their deposit returned in the post providing they comply with the above conditions.  Holiday homes to be left clean and tidy please.
  • Bicycles must be ridden slowly and with care and consideration for other people on the park. Riders may be banned if this request is not adhered to. Skateboards, scooters and roller blades are not permitted.
  • No ball games.
  • Only one vehicle per unit is permitted. Extra vehicles will not be accommodated on the park unless prior notification is given (£1.00 per day for additional car). Large vans will not be accepted onto the Park.
  • A speed limit of 5mph around the park must be kept. If you don’t keep to the speed limit or drive in a sensible manner around the park you will be asked to leave your car at reception for the rest of your stay.
  • No smoking in any accommodation.
  • Pets are welcome on the Park provided they are kept under strict control and on a lead at all times. There is a charge for pets which is payable with your balance of hire, (£30 per week per dog – max 1 dog). Any mess a pet may make must be cleaned up and disposed of by its’ owner. Pet owners must not leave their pet on it’s own in the accommodation under any circumstances. Please bring pet’s own bedding, as this is not provided and under no circumstances allow it on to any furniture. The management reserves the right to ask the owner of any dog which causes a nuisance or a threat, to remove the dog or leave without entitlement to a refund.
  • No single sex groups or groups of young people under 21.
  • Please show consideration to your neighbours by not making excessive noise.  Noise should not be heard outside your holiday home before 8am or after 10.00pm.
  • Rental includes gas, electric and bed linen. However bed linen for guest’s visitors will be charged at £8.00 per person – by prior arrangement only.  Please bring your own bathroom towels and kitchen t-towels, also waterproof sheets for children if required.
  • The Park has a barrier entry system which operates between 7am – 11pm.  The barriers are locked overnight.  Visitors require an access card to operate barrier, this will be issued at check in.  A deposit of £10 is required for the card which will be refunded on departure when the card is returned to reception.
  • The management reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is considered unreasonable, offensive, illegal or detrimental to the Park and its guests, without refund.
