Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If you would like a late departure especially on a Sunday, please check with reception for availability, we charge £5.00 for this facility.

Arrival times are from 12 noon and before 7pm. If you are going to arrive after 7pm please give us prior notice. No arrivals after 8pm. Please note that we do not have a late arrivals area, therefore if you are delayed please notify us and find somewhere safe and legal to park.

Camp fires of any description are prohibited anywhere in the park. Barbeques are permitted but please do not use them on the grass. Bricks are available – please ask at reception. Barbeques and outdoor meals should be completed and cleared away by 10.30pm.

Generally, we only allow a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch, assuming that the owner accepts the need for constant control. By controlled, we mean that your dogs:
• are always on a short lead and are never allowed to run free
• are supervised by an adult.
• are never allowed to foul on the park; even where this is cleared up, dog faeces are unhygienic for children
• are exercised off the park or in the designated dog walk
• do not disturb other guests by barking
• dog owners must understand that there will be other people around, including children, who may disturb the dog. In all circumstances we see the dog as being at fault
• are not left unattended in caravans, tents or cars. In the interests of everyone, we will ask owners to remove any dogs that we feel are uncontrolled. In these circumstances, fees are not refunded - for either the dog, or others who may also have to leave.

A speed limit of 5mph around the park must be kept. If you don’t keep to the speed limit or drive in a sensible manner around the park you will be asked to leave your car at reception for the rest of your stay.

All units must be pitched in accordance with management instructions – please note that you may be asked to move if you have not pitched correctly.

We ask that visitors are considerate to their neighbours and other visitors. This is especially important at night, as sound travels very easily in the countryside, and by 10.30 pm the Park should be quiet. Please respect other peoples' pitches, and do not cut across them or let your children play around other units which do not belong to you or their friends.

The Park has a barrier entry system which operates between 7am – 12pm. The barriers are locked overnight. Visitors require an access card to operate barrier, this will be issued at check in. A deposit of £10 is required for the card which will be refunded on departure when the card is returned to reception.

All visitors must park in the council car park at the entrance to the park and must report to reception on arrival. Visitors will be charged and must purchase a visitors pass from reception.

Minimum 3 night reservations over bank holidays.

The Park is for private touring caravans, motorhomes and tents for holiday use only, and these must be of an approved design. The maximum length of stay is 14 nights. We do not allow any groups, single sex groups or under 18's unless accompanied by adults.

We have some hard-standings available and units should be parked so as awnings can be on the hard standing too - metal pegs would be useful. If you are on grass, only breathable groundsheets are permitted and we would appreciate if you lift groundsheets during the day, if possible.

Maximum size for touring units on grass pitches is 22 x 16 ft to include awnings (longer vans by prior arrangement only). Please note that we cannot accommodate extended awnings since we have marked pitches and set spacing. Please ensure that your unit will fit our pitch dimensions before booking, we are not responsible if your unit will not fit our pitch size. Units up to 26ft on hardstanding only.

arrow Maximum 1 car per unit. Large vans will not be accepted on to the park.

arrow On grass pitches, you are requested to park your vehicle next to your unit and not behind it, e.g. car-caravan-awning. Caravan entrances or awnings must not face other caravan entrances or awnings.

arrow Tents now come in all shapes and sizes and we would appreciate if you could let us know sizes when booking and we will try our best to accommodate you, we are sorry but we cannot accommodate tents over 12ft x 12 ft. If tents wish to stay more than 7 nights, we may ask you to move mid-way through your stay to preserve our grass. Larger tents can be accommodated during August only (no electric) at an extra charge.

arrow No gazebos or gazebo like structures.
